This Privacy Policy applies to the EZgolf golf swing analysis app.

Information We Collect

The EZgolf app primarily processes swing videos that you import or record on your device. Videos, images, and body-pose analysis results are stored on your device by default. We do not upload your swing videos to our servers.

The current version of the app does not require you to create an account or provide personal identity information such as your name, phone number, or address. If we add registration, login, or membership features in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy in advance and explain what information we will collect and how we will use it.

How We Use Information

We use device information only when necessary to keep the app working, provide version update notices, and perform Google Play Integrity checks. We do not use your swing videos to build user profiles or for advertising.

Permissions

The app only accesses the videos that you explicitly choose to import. It does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location, or other sensitive permissions.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not actively disclose your personal information to third parties except as required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the app and its data. Videos and analysis results are processed and stored locally on your device.
